The Hotel was in a great location, close to all the main attractions. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with interesting artwork and furniture. The chandeliers added a touch of elegance.
We were charged for water bottles during our stay, which we felt should have been included. The breakfast omelette was also very expensive, considering the high daily rate we were paying.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely delightful. We visited Venice as a family for a week and this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The location was perfect, being close enough to walk to all the main sites but tucked away from the tourist crowds. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The restaurant on-site was a hidden gem, offering amazing cuisine that definitely deserved a Michelin star. The romantic piano music playing in the background set the perfect ambiance and even led to a special moment with my wife. Our 11-year-old daughter was also thrilled with her stay.
100% Recommend this hotel.

We had such a great stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was unbeatable, right in the heart of the city between the famous Rialto and San Marco areas. It was so convenient to explore the beautiful city from here, and yet it was surprisingly quiet in the square where the hotel was situated.
