the staff were super-friendly, we had a such wonderful experience. it had great and beautiful location minutes from san salvador church. furthermore, in the centre of venice.

Not so good views and Wi-Fi was pretty slow.

The hotel is beautiful and in an ideal location, just a short walk away from both Rialto and San Marco. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast served at this hotel was fabulous, with a great variety of options. I also loved the fact that the hotel had its own gondola pier, adding to the charm of the stay. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, location close to Rialto and San Marco, and the attentive staff made my stay truly enjoyable.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely delightful. We visited Venice as a family for a week and this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The location was perfect, being close enough to walk to all the main sites but tucked away from the tourist crowds. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The restaurant on-site was a hidden gem, offering amazing cuisine that definitely deserved a Michelin star. The romantic piano music playing in the background set the perfect ambiance and even led to a special moment with my wife. Our 11-year-old daughter was also thrilled with her stay.

The room itself was comfortable and well-equipped, with all the necessary facilities and a lovely balcony where we could enjoy our morning coffee.
